About the Role:

As a Brand Manager on J2O you will be joining a creative, driven, fun and supportive adult socialising team who genuinely love the category and brands they work on. Adult socialising is a growing and exciting category and J2O is the undisputed number 1 brand - worth over £240m RSV, known by over 80% of adults and its the second most considered soft drink in adult occasions. Not to mention, J2O works with the UK’s most famous, cheeky, orange alpaca, Mojo! 
As a Brand Manager on J2O no week or month will look the same. The role is highly varied with lots of accountability and opportunities to lead projects and gain experience that will develop your career. This role is particularly exciting as during recent strategic planning J2O has been given the go ahead to develop a new pipeline of innovation to renovate the brand and drive reappraisal as well as putting more resource into delivering exciting scale seasonal activations.

Key Responsibilities:
To be part of the brand and cross functional team that creates and delivers the J20 annual operating plan & budget
To monitor and analyse market, brand and competitor performance/activity and proactively recommend changes to the annual plan. Leading Brand review and performance conversations.
To lead the future J2O innovation pipeline including the launch of J2O non alcoholic cocktails (first major innovation in years), new limited edition & flavour strategy and resulting product pipeline, HFSS & sustainability opportunity
To support the Marketing controller on the J2O comms strategy and media planning for the 18month plan and for the longer term 5yr+ strategy

Experience Required:

Branded commercial experience 
Experience in managing commercial brand performance and understanding brand P&L
Strong track record in broad cross-functional project management and delivery
Experience in creating and applying consumer, shopper and category insights into brand strategy and actionable plans
Budgetary control of defined projects and programmes
Understanding and application of research information 
Qualifications:

Degree level qualification
