About the Role:
As a Brand Manager on Fruit Shoot you will be joining a fun, creative and high performing team who are focused on growing the Kids category through the Fruit Shoot brand. We are focused on cementing our No 1 position through every part of the marketing mix, including exciting communications, fantastic in-store activation and break through innovation.
You will have a real chance to make a difference and grow your career, working on one of Britvic’s most global brands. You will be responsible for delivering the strategy in OOH, digital activation through the year and helping bring new innovations to market. The Kids category is in a period of real change and this presents fantastic opportunities to shape how we operate within it.
Key Responsibilities:
To feed into the 3 year strategic plan and implement the 18 month AOP
Help to deliver the annual brand plan and the budget.
To lead the implementation of NPD and EPD – working with internal and external teams to develop and bring this to market, delivering activation and owning its performance in market
Work with the team in implementing consumer-facing programmes in conjunction with external agency partners
To manage brand expenditure to maximise value and ROI for the organisation and its shareholders
To lead cross-functional teams (commercial & operational), providing vision and direction to ensure the effective delivery of agreed brand activities and programmes
To monitor and analyse market, brand and competitor performance/activity and proactively recommend changes to the annual plan, especially in the OOH channel
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
Branded commercial experience
Experience in managing commercial brand performance and understanding brand P&L
Strong track record in broad cross-functional project management and delivery
Experience in creating and applying consumer, shopper and category insights into brand strategy and actionable plans
Budgetary control of defined projects and programmes
Understanding and application of research information
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
