This role is at the heart of ensuring Britvic continue to be at the forefront of Online growth. Since 2020, consumer shopping behaviours have permanently changed and DCommerce has seen significant growth. 
The Online Channel Development Executive is an exciting role to help enable Britvic to develop a deeper understanding of what it takes to win in the DCommerce channel and identifies the key drivers to deliver this. The role will have responsibility for capturing and reporting DCommerce Channel performance and evolving the Perfect Page framework for each of the channels. The successful individual will have to be capable in identifying trends in complex data and turning that insight into action. The role works closely with the rest of the DCommerce team and also key stakeholders across Retail, Hospitality, Category and Strategy. responsibilities.


Key responsibilities:

  • Own the reporting of the Online Channel
  • Contribute to the monthly, quarterly and annual performance report documents 
  • Regular reporting on the Perfect Page framework using ECI (eCommerce Insights)
  • Support key customer meetings with relevant data and analytics
  • Partner with Category teams to share Online data and trends
  • Partner with Strategy teams to identify future trends and scale of opportunity


Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Previous Online experience in an Online retailer or FMCG is preferred but not essential. 
  • Graduates from any discipline (minimum 2:1 Bachelors degree)
  • Excellent communication and social skills
  • Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and strong analytical capability
  • A desire to succeed and win - Results driven and eager to succeed.
