About this Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s fastest growing plant-based drinks brands. As a truly omnichannel brand that’s evenly split across online (a significant D2C business as well as major online retailers) and in-store (national grocery & OOH), this is a demanding role that requires a combination of customer-centric thinking & cutting-edge digital marketing. It’s hard work but lots of fun as you constantly seek to keep us one step ahead of the competition through a combination of brilliant digital marketing and best-in-class CRM.

As a stand-alone business unit that plugs into the full breadth of Britvic’s resource & expertise, you’ll work within a close knit cross-functional Plenish team that works in an agile way to scale fast. A growth mentality is key – on both a personal and commercial level.


Own the implementation of the digital marketing strategy to build brand awareness & consideration, drive trial/conversion & promote retention of high value customers

Work closely with the E-Commerce Manager to implement key acquisition & retention initiatives for D2C across both paid (social, search, affiliates) and owned channels (CRM, rewards/loyalty programmes, advocacy, influencer)

Work closely with the Senior Brand Manager on brand digital marketing campaigns (paid social, VOD, digital display, online content partnerships)

Work closely with Head of Content & Community on always-on owned channel activation plans (owned social, on-site content, social partnerships, influencer)

Day-to-day management of all Plenish’s social media channels, email marketing (defining & targeting different cohorts, test & learn campaigns) & affiliate programme

Bring insight from each of these channels & collaborate with the e-Commerce Manager/Senior Brand Manager to inform & amend our strategy

Develop & implement creative content across those channels (writing social posts & emails, briefing the designer on key visual content, collaborating with media agencies on asset banks etc)

Skills & Experience:

2-3 years experience working in digital marketing for a D2C brand

Experience in CRM/email, affiliates & paid social essential. Paid search experience desirable.

Budget control, performance monitoring and CPA/ROAS management experience desirable.

Good with data & experienced in analysing platform data (especially email) to reveal insights and inform channels plans.  Experience in audience segmentation and targeting high desirable

Experience in implementing, monitoring & reporting on test and learn processes

Familiarity with Klaviyo & Woocommerce desirable but not essential
