This role will be working with our Plenish brand. At Plenish we make plant-based drinks out of the best ingredients on earth. We’ve made it our mission to protect the natural flavour that comes out of beautiful produce – which means we use only organic ingredients, and we add very little to them. No flavourings, no preservatives, no additives. No need.

Our cold-pressed juices, shots & plant-based milks are now sold in thousands of stores across the UK and we’ve sold millions of drinks from our online store. We’ve grown quickly but at the heart of Plenish is still the pursuit of perfect ingredients and the mission to keep their natural goodness intact, all the way to the glass.

 
About the Role:
Managing and developing external customer supply relationships within our Plenish Brand for Britvic to achieve service delivery targets and cost management through forecast accuracy and a collaborative mindset. Working with internal stakeholders across the Commercial, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Service and Deployment teams to drive continuous improvement and goal delivery.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all supply chain end to end responsibilities, driving improved customer service, availability and forecast objectives. Responsible for the forecast, customer relationship and stock holding with the customers. Aligned to the internal customer management leadership team for the account/channel (BDM and AD), and responsible for directing the supply chain relationship within ‘One Britvic’.
 
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
  • FMCG supply chain or commercial experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of  SAP & APO systems
  • Experience of influencing key stakeholders
  • Full understanding of  S&OP process and link to commercial sell in process
  • Strong Customer facing experience
