A great opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner to work alongside our International, Marketing/Sales & Innovation functions. You will partner with the HR Director to play a vital role in delivering the key elements of the HR AOP to enable the success of the organisation.

You will be involved in leading the execution of the core cyclical processes such as calibration, Performance & Development, Talent, Annual Salary Reviews and “Great Place To Work” as well as act as a catalyst & guide for any required change management strategies.

What we’re looking for in a HR Business Partner:

  • Must be a fluent French speaker
  • Experience and understanding of HR planning, talent management (including succession planning and resource strategies) and performance management
  • Experience working within a marketing/sales function would be ideal 
  • Experienced in building credible relationships across organisations
  • Strong level of experience managing senior stakeholders and managing challenging conversations
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience within a fast paced organisation
  • Experience in partnering with the business to manage projects
  • Policy understanding: Awareness of critical current and emerging employment legislation requirements
