This role would be based at our Head Office in Hemel Hemspstead and at Britvic we operate a hybrid working pattern.

Job Purpose:

  • Provide effective administrative support to the Reward and Pensions Team to help deliver an efficient, customer focused service to the business.
  • Responsibilities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries, monitor the benefits admin shared mailboxes, resolving queries within the SLA’s
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of all company benefits/schemes with guidance, including company cars
  • Placing purchase orders, receipting services received and reconciling pension and benefit provisions
  • Accurately tracking all orders and payments, preparing monthly report detailing payments made, outstanding values and monitor/manage expenditure against budget
  • Identify and suggest improvements to administrative processes and implement agreed changes to enable the team to provide a high-quality service.
  • Collate, validate, update and maintain data, information and records to agreed standards so that databases and filing systems are up-to-date, accurate and readily available.

Knowledge and skills

  • Be organised and efficient.
  • Have excellent record-keeping skills.
  • Pay attention to detail.
  • Numerate and articulate – good GCSE grades in Maths & English.
  • MS Office skills with intermediate to strong skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of working with GB & Ireland preferable
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous experience is not essential but would be advantageous
