We have operations in Great Britain, Ireland, France & Brazil and have been taking our brands around the world, exporting to over 50 countries and working with carefully chosen partners to franchise our brands. 

About the Role:

The purpose of the role is to work with the Britvic Commercial function to analyse requirements and work on the delivery of solutions in alignment with the functional roadmap and IT standards. 

The role holder will work with key stakeholders through the project delivery process to ensure technical solutions are delivered that meet requirements and are embedded into the relevant function as usual operation.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Has confidence and credibility within the business to be seen as a Subject Matter Expert 
  • Builds and maintains networks within the relevant function to promote the existing and future IT solutions
  • Inspires team members to deliver quality solutions at pace
  • Takes ownership – to deliver to deadlines and for the resolution of issues

Enabling delivery

  • Facilitate requirement gathering workshops to define business functional requirements
  • Makes suggestions on areas for process improvements 
  • Working in virtual teams across business functions, IT and 3rd party suppliers.
  • Involvement the project delivery process, ensuring any new solutions meet our business requirements and IT standards.
  • Create and review documentation including specifications, testing approach and creation of end user documentation to support delivered IT solutions in a timely manner.
  • Assist the unit test of solutions & provide support and expertise through Systems Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT).
  • Use knowledge and insights to proactively seek innovative ideas/products to support project success. 
  • Evaluate and deliver requests from the business for improvements to existing processes to drive efficiency and value.
  • Actively participate in training and knowledge transfer sessions for new IT solutions.

Knowledge Management

  • To build knowledge of existing solutions and processes for consideration in new designs.
  • Supports the business to create requirements document for projects
  • Actively builds knowledge of industry good practice to identify opportunities to drive future business value.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  • Demonstrate ability to be proactive, deal with ambiguity, and quickly develop technical understanding of business processes 
  • Experience of implementing changes to SAP or similar ERPs and Tier 1 systems
  • Experience in analysis of business functional requirements and applying critical thinking
  • Experienced in working in teams to deliver solutions (from requirements management through to delivery.) 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops, ask relevant questions, and be an attentive listener
  • Ability to manage a variety of stakeholders within the business and IT.
  • Able to proactively plan and prioritise workload.
  • Experience of working with 3rd party vendors to deliver packages of development.
  • Ability to coach others in best practice when using IT solutions.
