About the Role:

The Kick Start Co Ordinator will be working with HR colleagues, key stakeholders, and external agencies to shape and deliver the, brand new Kickstart programme across the business.

You will be liaising with the resourcing team and the DWP contact to support candidate resourcing and selection, proving updates on application numbers, and successful hires

The Co-ordinator will oversee training schedules for Kickstarters. Working with external training providers and managers to ensure attendance,

You will own the Kickstart MyLearning Hub, as well as the design and review of additional training content to develop and improve employability and employment prospects of Kickstarters.

You will act as the main point of contact for line managers during kickstart scheme – directing queries accordingly e.g. ER issues

The Kick Start Co Ordinator will develop off-boarding plan including exit interviews and gathering feedback from placements and managers.


Experience and Skills Required

The ideal candidate must have experience of resourcing and L&D. You will have excellent planning and time management skills.

You must be a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills who can communicate effectively with colleagues, leaders and external partners.

A good working knowledge of a range of software including Microsoft Word, Excel and SharePoint is required.
