About Britvic

At Britvic, we’re on a journey to become the most dynamic, creative and trusted soft drinks company in the world. The name behind big household favorites like Pepsi, Robinsons, Fruit Shoot, J20, 7Up, Tango, Purdeys plus a growing portfolio of premium brands, Britvic is one of the UK's leading players in the FMCG market. With a strong position both in the UK and internationally, we’re looking to build on our success with an ambitious growth plan. As our organisation continues to grow, it’s critical that we find new ways to create value for our customers.

About the Role:

Britvic recently commenced a programme, known as project Stride, to deliver a step change in its Procurement function that aligns closely with the 2025 overall Business Strategy. This will see the function adopt a more value-driven approach, with tighter governance on supplier spend, underpinned by best in class supporting technologies and analytics. The programme process scope covers the full S2P cycle – sourcing, buying, supplier integration - across both Direct and Indirect Procurement.

This is a newly created role that sits within the similarly newly created Procurement Centre of Excellence team and is seen as key to defining and implementing the adoption of enhanced analytics in our drive towards process excellence. In addition, the role will cover Procurement PMO, spend tracking and reporting on functional KPI’s and supporting development and implementation of category strategies. Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud and Ariba would be a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

•    In close co-operation with both the project Stride delivery team and Category Managers, define current supporting requirements and make recommendations in order to implement best in class analytics
•    Adopt ownership of SAP Analytics Cloud for the Procurement team and ensure delivery of monthly analytics and dashboard kpi reporting to the Procurement Leadership Team and key stakeholders outside of Procurement
•    Provide data analysis and support to Category Managers as they develop and implement category strategies in areas including category spend profiling, supplier and customer market insight, supplier financial risk tracking, competitor analysis, in-flight contract price tracking, predictive spend etc, ensuring it is presented in a meaningful way
•    Support the Procurement sustainability agenda, working closely with the Category Manager for Sustainability to establish how technology might support key areas such as CO2 measurement and ethical sourcing/proof of origin across the full supply chain – BeCorp initiative

•    Own the eSourcing process using Ariba technology and support the build of eSourcing events and templates
•    Lead all PMO activity
•    Own category management toolkit, including version control and refresh
•    Own the supplier performance and reporting process
•    Work with external Category Management trainer on knowledge transfer to enable ‘train the trainer’ approach
•    Manage content on MyLearning workspace
•    Develop process to on-board new employees and ensure compliance to process

Qualifications:

•    A Degree level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant subject is desirable
