With this in mind we have an amazing opportunity for a Head of Global White Space Innovation Controller.

As Head of Global White Space Innovation you will be responsible for leading the identification, development and delivery of our long term white space innovation programme.

Reporting to the Director of Research & Development and Innovation, you will work closely with the Britvic Executive team and Marketing Directors, and play a critical role in delivering Britvic’s Mission 2025 innovation ambitions.

You will directly lead a multifunctional team, and be accountable for discovering, developing and unlocking insights to turn compelling ideas into reality, resulting in significant value growth in existing and new markets.

Key Accountabilities:

Leading our global white space innovation programme at Britvic, you will take ownership of the delivery of innovation processes to inspire and prioritise activities. You will engage with our wider business to create new organisational capabilities that ensure a steady stream of innovations whilst driving innovation opportunities, particularly with a view to identifying new breakthrough innovations.

Establishing and deliver global white space innovation with a ‘new to world’ innovation programme

Implement an innovation roadmap and support market opportunities to deliver bold innovations into our market

Demonstrate innovation expertise and leadership
