About the Role:

eCommerce at Britvic is an exciting place to work, with fast paced growth and new opportunities each day. This role is at the heart of ensuring Britvic continue to be at the forefront of Online growth. Since 2020, consumer shopping behaviours have permanently changed and Online has seen significant growth. 
The Online Channel Development Manager is a critical role to ensure Britvic develops a deeper understanding of what it takes to win in the Online channel and identifies the key drivers to deliver this. The role was have full responsibility for capturing and reporting Online Channel performance and evolving the Perfect Page framework for each of the channels. The successful individual will have to be capable in identifying trends in complex data and turning that insight into action. The role works closely with the rest of the Online team and also key stakeholders across Retail, Hospitality, Category and Strategy. The role has no direct reports but the Online Graduate has a close relationship and you assume some leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
To share latest Online Channel Performance, identify opportunities across the Online Channel and lead the Online Perfect Page Framework.
Online Channel Development Manager
Own the reporting of the Online Channel Performance
Deliver the monthly, quarterly and annual performance report documents 
Lead the evolution of the Online Perfect Page framework
Own the relationship with ECI (eCommerce Insights)
Lead the Online AOP Cycle
Represent Britvic with external customers
Partner with Category teams to share Online data and trends
Partner with Strategy teams to identify future trends and scale of opportunity

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

Previous Online experience in an Online retailer or FMCG is preferred but not essential. The ideal candidate should be able to work cross functionally and have a pro-active approach to identify and deliver plans.
Graduates from any discipline (minimum 2:1 Bachelors degree)
Excellent communication and social skills
Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities
Demonstrated leadership skills and strong analytical capability
A desire to succeed and win - Results driven and eager to succeed.

Qualifications:

Degree or equivalent experience
