As an R&D Insights Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the management, maintenance and administration of Expert Sensory Trained Panellists under supervision of the Sensory Panel Leader, offering support to the team where needed in the day to day needs of running the lab and testing.  
We are currently looking at 3 weekly days (ideally Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) for the role, but days may be flexible due to changes in lab needs. The contract term will be 6 months. 


The R&D team span across a number of functions including: R&D Insights which comprises Sensory Science and Stability, extending out to other areas of the Research and Development team including Operations and Transformation and Product Innovation. On a day to day basis you will be preparing tests in a timely and accurate manner, administer trained panel for the sensory team and maintaining the lab space including managing deliveries to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.


We are looking for applicants with any previous laboratory experience preferably within a manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and will demonstrate strong organisational skills. At Britvic we “own it” and take accountability.
