About the Role:

eCommerce at Britvic is an exciting place to work, with fast paced growth and new opportunities each day. This role is at the heart of ensuring Britvic are at the forefront of Online growth and expertise in Online B2B. Our Online plans with Wholesale and Food Service at an early stage so an exciting opportunity to develop the plans across a wide range of retail partners.

The eCommerce  Manager will be responsible for setting the annual plan for each Online retailer, reporting on performance, landing the key campaign plans and building strategic partnerships with the retailers. It is a central role that will require the candidate to build strong relationships and commitment across Commercial, Category, Shopper and Brand. Working alongside the existing B2B account teams will be a crucial part of the role to ensure Online is featured in every plan.

Key Responsibilities:

To be the point person for Online Grocery within Britvic and build partnerships with Online Grocers.

Given you will be working across teams, amazing interpersonal skills are essential, combined with a proactive, self-starting attitude. Support you will be providing the team includes:

Data and Analytics – Partnering with the eCategory Manager to build retailer specific action plans

eCommerce Strategy plan – Responsible for implementing the Online strategy with each retailer

Online Media – Delivering an optimal media plan each quarter, build ROI playbook with focus on driving profitable activations

Customer engagement – Represent eCommerce plans with all retailers and develop Online partnerships

Project Management – Working cross functionally to deliver key customer projects

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

Previous Online experience in an Online retailer or FMCG is preferred but not essential. The ideal candidate should be able to work cross functionally and have a pro-active approach to identify and deliver plans.

Graduates from any discipline (minimum 2:1 Bachelors degree)

Excellent communication and social skills

Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities

Demonstrated leadership skills and strong analytical capability

A desire to succeed and win - Results driven and eager to succeed.

Qualifications:

Degree or equivalent experience
