What are we looking for?
We are looking for a seasoned eCommerce and Marketing Consultant to come and join the IT team at Britvic. The purpose of the role is to analyse business requirements and define and own the detailed design, build and delivery of solutions for various B2B and eCommerce IT projects and business change programmes.
Strong communication and influence across all levels of the organisation is key to being effective in the role alongside having through understanding of website solutions such as Umbraco and Google Analytics, eCommerce solutions such as Shopify and Magento, Customer Experience solutions like Dynamics CRM & B2B Portal solutions
You will be a trusted advisor to IT, Senior Commercial and Senior Marketing stakeholders, this role will deliver valuable solutions and sustainable execution for Britvic’s Brands, Customers and Business Units.


What will you be doing?
You will responsible for building a framework for the delivery of digital solutions  You role will involve having regular interactions with a mixed team of in-house and external consultants to make sure that the capabilities of the proposed solutions are met and delivered within the set timeframe and at pace. This is likely to involve working in virtual teams across business functions, IT and 3rd party suppliers.
As the SME of B2B and eCommerce solutions you will be expected to build and maintain networks within the Commercial and Marketing functions as well as external customers to promote existing and future solutions to drive the benefits to the business. As part of this role you will be expected to deliver the following:
-    Facilitate requirement gathering workshops to define business functional requirements and delivery solutions which drive value to the end user
-    Create and review documentation including specifications, testing approach and creation of end user documentation to support delivered solutions in a timely manner.
-    Evaluate and deliver requests from the business for improvements to existing Commercial and Marketing functionality to drive efficiency and value.
-    Actively participate in training and knowledge transfer sessions for new IT solutions.
-    Build knowledge of existing solutions and processes.
-    Own the creation of requirements and design documents for assigned Commercial and Marketing projects.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience  that will help you in the role:
-    Strong technical understanding of: Website solutions like Umbraco and Google Analytics, eCommerce solutions such as Shopify and Magento, Customer Experience solutions like Dynamics CRM & B2B Portal solutions
-    Experience of managing websites, role of SEO, user experience and evaluating performance.
-    Experience in analysis of business requirements on both B2B and B2C.  Able to align business priorities to technology solutions with the ability to have critical and effective conversations with stakeholders
-    Experienced of technical delivery of solutions, assets and activations using industry standard development models, quality standards and success measures.
-    Experienced of working in teams to deliver solutions (from requirements management through to delivery) to stretching timelines and outcomes.
-    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-    Able to proactively plan and prioritise workload.
-    Experience of working with 3rd party vendors to deliver packages of development.

-    Degree qualified or equivalent with recognised Marketing and/or IT qualification

-    Technical qualifications in Website and Mobile development i.e. Content Management Systems (Umbraco), eCommerce (Shopify and Magento), IOT platforms, Digital solution development processes, Measurement (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar), CRM and Databases.
