As a Category Executive within our Grocery channel you will support the development of our business relationship with some of our biggest customers to help deliver our ambitious growth agenda. We want to create career paths for Category Executives to develop their experience in an exciting and innovative business, to become our leaders of tomorrow.  With the opportunity to work across a number Britvic and licensed brands, and liaise with highly experienced marketeers and commercial teams across our business, all of which can give you an amazing set of experiences and development. 

As part of our 2020 vision, it is vital we have an in-depth understanding of the category we operate in, how it can grow, how our brands can leverage these opportunities and that we can engage with our customers to bring this to life. You will be responsible for building the relationship with your customer across our entire brand portfolio and will spend time with the respective buying, trade planning and merchandising teams. You will also need to develop relationships with your key internal stakeholders within our category strategy, insights, channel operations and commercial teams, playing a supporting role to the Category Manager in developing our annual plans and setting targets for each of our commercial initiatives.

We are looking for applicants with a commercial / category background within an FMCG. Experience of category management process would be an advantage and we would expect suitable candidates to have experience in managing customer relationships.
