About the Role:

The role of the Sales Effectiveness Change Manager will cover a broad spectrum of systems and processes that impact our commercial functions, including (but not exclusively), forecasting, orders to cash, systems, admin, pricing & promotions and investment management.

The purpose of the Sales Effectiveness Change Manager is to plan and deliver the short, medium and long-term solutions that will drive internal simplicity and free up time for our Sales teams to focus on our customers. There will be an emphasis on creating and delivering training material to support the delivery of process improvements and changes to our ways of working. You will work closely with the  sales teams as well as other supporting commercial functions. You will be expected to deliver continuous improvement and monitor the ongoing impact of that training.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

Change Management – You have experience in the management of process and/or system changes. Experience in embedding cultural change would be very beneficial as would qualifications 

Training / Coaching – you have experience in training and/or coaching individuals and/or teams

Strong People Management Capability - leading from the front you have experience in galvanising cross functional teams into action and then maintain a high level of involvement

Momentum & Pace - You will be able to create a sense of urgency to ensure we deliver with pace. You will lead by example and approach every day with energy and enthusiasm

Abstract Thinking - You don’t accept the status quo, you are able to recognise opportunities for improvement and articulate them simply and clearly

Solution Orientated - You can develop solutions which can be advanced into implementable and achievable changes. You will have a powerful desire to deliver results regardless of obstacles or hurdles that might get in your way
