About the Role:
Digital Commerce at Britvic is an exciting place to work, with fast paced growth and new opportunities each day. This role is at the heart of ensuring Britvic continue to be at the forefront of Online growth. Since 2020, consumer shopping behaviours have permanently changed and e-commerce has seen significant growth.

The Online Retail Executive is an exciting role helping drive the growth for some of our biggest most dynamic Omnichannel customers. Reporting into the eRetail Channel Lead, this role will be focussed on building great trading and execution plans for each of the Omnichannel Retailers. This will be delivered by collaborating with key stakeholders across the business to connect consumer data and commercial KPI’s to develop the strongest plan. This role will also work closely with the Delivery Aggregators Lead to understand and unlock the opportunity in ‘Rapid Groceries’.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reporting to the eRetail Channel Lead
  2. Contribute to the monthly, quarterly and annual performance report documents
  3. Implementing Perfect Page Framework in Omnichannel Retailers
  4. Partner with Customer Management teams to build tailored retail plans
  5. Lead external customer conversations for selected retailers
  6. Support Digital Commerce team on Perfect Page
  7. Support key customer meetings with relevant data and analytics

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  1. Previous Online experience in an Online retailer or FMCG is preferred but not essential
  2. Excellent communication and social skills
  3. Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities
  4. Demonstrated leadership skills and strong analytical capability
  5. A desire to succeed and win - Results driven and eager to succeed.
