About the Role

 

We're seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented digital marketer to take ownership of our two B2B e-commerce platforms: Sensational Drinks and At Your Convenience. In this role, you'll manage product listings while collaborating with content and PR agency partners to deliver engaging content that provides practical insights for independent outlets. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in e-commerce CMS management and explore creative approaches to content marketing.

 

Role Responsibilities

 

  • Own and optimize the day-to-day operations of our two digital platforms, ensuring they remain accurate, engaging, and user-friendly
  • Manage product listings, monitor stock levels, and maintain organized category structures across both platforms
  • Collaborate with our content agency, brand teams, and category specialists to plan and deliver compelling content including articles, videos, and infographics
  • Analyze e-commerce and content performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement data-driven changes
  • Implement personalized experiences for different customer segments based on data insights, ensuring relevance to each outlet's specific needs
  • Work closely with our CRM Executive to develop and execute email and WhatsApp campaigns that drive platform engagement and increase orders
  • Support broader marketing initiatives including email marketing campaigns and customer communications

 

Experience and Key Attributes

 

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce (or relevant exposure through internships/projects)
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms and digital marketing tools, with strong copywriting abilities and experience briefing content
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly regarding product data accuracy and content quality
  • Creative mindset with the ability to challenge conventions and develop innovative solutions to drive engagement
  • Collaborative team player who builds positive relationships across departments and with external partners
  • Results-oriented professional with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred; digital marketing certifications advantageous
