Set up and ongoing oversight of the day-to-day management of Digital Studio alongside the Agency Partner, including ways of working, workflow processes, capacity management and evolution of the Digital Studio capability to meet business needs globally.

Oversight of overall Agency Partner deliverables, deadlines and quality control and overall agency relationship

Oversight of Agency Strategy recommendations across website, search, social and CRM.

Oversight of agency Content Creation, UX and Website Development, Production and Optimisation processes, quality, and output in response to briefs and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Oversight of Agency Performance Monitoring, Channel reports (Analytics, Content Optimisation, Search Reporting, Ecommerce asset Performance and Optimisation) and accountability for KPI setting and performance levels.

Management of 4 Studio Brand Planners, who will be the conduit between the Digital Studio and our brand teams who will be working on active digital marketing briefs into the Digital Studio

Oversight of social media governance including stakeholder access, password management, ad accounts processes, and social media data protection protocols

Support with Annual and Strategic Digital Marketing planning alongside the Agency Partner and brand teams where required

Support with data management and centralisation workstreams to bring ownership of Britvic data inhouse.

Support with scoping and selecting fit-for-purpose technology solutions in delivering for the Digital Studio capability including but not limited to: Content Management Systems, PIM platforms, DAM platforms, Workflow Software, Search Software and Social Listening/Publishing Platforms

Proven track record in running a successful digital studio and/or a social media community team across multiple brands and international markets

Expert end-to-end knowledge of execution across the Digital Marketing landscape and including a deeper knowledge of Search, Social Media, Websites, Content, Ecommerce in terms of Strategy, Content Creation and Performance Management & Optimisation.

Proven track record of managing an Agency Partner

Proven track record of managing a team

Strong coaching skills with experience in managing stakeholders and extended teams

Proven ability to manage tension points internally and between agency partners in service of a better outcome for brands

Familiar with technology solutions to support digital marketing activities including Workflow, CMS, PIM, DAM, Social Listening & Publishing, Search Software

In-depth knowledge of all digital disciplines across paid, owned, earned
-
Highly organised and able to manage deadlines and capacity conflicts with stakeholders
-
International experience preferable

FMCG experience preferable but not essential

Degree level qualification.

Digital Marketing/Marketing/Design Qualification preferred
