A great opportunity has arisen for a HR Consultant to join our team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. On a day to day basis you will be expected support the Commercial and Marketing functions within our business and partner with the HRD to play a vital role in delivering the key elements of the HR AOP to enable the success of the organisation. You will be expected to lead the execution of the core cyclical processes such as calibration, Performance & Development, Talent, Annual Salary Reviews and “Great Place To Work” as well as Act as a catalyst and guide for any required change management strategies.

We are looking for applicants who have experience and understanding of HR planning, talent management (including succession planning and resource strategies) and performance management within a large blue chip organisation. You will also need an in depth knowledge and awareness of current and emerging employment legislation as well as a strong level of experience managing senior stakeholders and managing challenging conversations.
