 Reporting to the HR Services Team Leader, based in Hemel Hempstead, the HR Services Advisor is responsible for the provision of customer focussed, comprehensive and pragmatic HR generalist advice and support to managers and employees through the flawless execution of all transactional employee life cycle activities ensuring that the end user experiences excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

-Responsible for the execution of all employee lifecycle HR processes & activities, covering reward, learning & development, HRIS, payroll & MI

-Have a thorough knowledge of Britvic Policies and procedures, so that appropriate levels of advice can be given to employees, line managers and key stakeholders

-Ensure all HR transactional processes are executed to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

-Seek to resolve all customer queries at the first point of contact via a case management system

-Support the execution of business change where applicable

-Provide HR guidance and support to ensure the delivery of all employee life cycle transactional activities for an agreed area.

-Deliver a ‘Right First Time’ approach, in dealing with all employee enquires taking actions where necessary.

-Maintain and up-date HR and Payroll information systems, ensuring the accurate recording of personal, employment, payroll and staffing establishment information.

-Supporting managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary and grievance, flexible working requests, absence management and performance management.

-Ensure that accurate records are kept in line with Data Protection

Experience Required:


-Experience of working an HR Shared Services Environment.

-The ability to work well under pressure and to tight time deadlines, as well as a flexible team player who can support the wider HR team as and when required

-Ability to take ownership of a task and see it through to completion

-Accuracy and attention to detail

-Organisation and Planning Skills

-Strong customer service focus

-Experience in first line ER support

-Proven multi-tasking experience in a fast-paced environment

-HR Administration experience

-HR Case Management
