About the Role:

CX is a relatively newly formed team tasked to drive improved consumer experience and marketing effectiveness. The team is also responsible for optimising ALL inbound and outbound marketing channel performances. This role sits within the centre of excellence CX team responsible for servicing ALL Britvic brands across GB and international markets.

 

The Marketing Data and Analytics Manager main responsibility is the overall Britvic Data and MarTech infrastructure and ongoing operations required to fulfil a robust inhouse data strategy. This includes management and execution of data centralisation,  management of our MarTech stack (current and future), and successful integration and adoption of MarTech through Britvic to ensure the business is upskilled in capability.  


Key Responsibilities:

Insight and data analysis (Priority 1)

  1. Act as the guardian of all Britvic data, best practices, framworks and methodologies.
  2. Provide insight and data analysis of direct consumer and employee feedback (scheduled and ad-hoc) and Social Listening to internal stakeholders on emerging and continued trends from all of Britvic’s key markets.
  3. Optimise consumer feedback reporting and provide timely insights from data to inform internal stakeholders and influence change.
  4. Supply relevant data lead analysis reports to include in business trackers to inform strategic decisions.

System and Process Optimisation (Priority 2)

  1. Develop roadmap for existing and future MarTech requirements.
  2. Implement a centralised MarTech strategy, integration into the Britvic, implementation and execution to all BUs.  Ensure all tools are adapted to Britvic requirements and driving business insights and recommendations to improve marketing outputs. 
  3. Develop an automated solution for the MarTech stack outputs to minimise human effort.

Marketing effectiveness (Priority 3)

  1. Work with CX media, PR and digital teams and partner with agencies like The & Partnership, mSix etc. on marketing effectiveness initiatives
  2. Develop brand appropriate data strategies, ensuring a clear portfolio roadmap, and execute as required. 

 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  1. A creative mindset and a strong aesthetic eye 
  2. Basic knowledge of marketing and advertising principles
  3. Knowledge of social listening tools
  4. Excellent IT skills 
  5. Effective management of matrix teams
