About the Role:
CX is a relatively newly formed team tasked to drive improved consumer experience and marketing effectiveness. The team is also responsible for optimising ALL inbound and outbound marketing channel performances. This role sits within the centre of excellence CX team responsible for servicing ALL Britvic brands across GB and international markets. 
The Content Technology Executives main responsibility is the overall facilitation of digital assets for our brand portfolio across different digital channels and platforms. This includes, but is not limited to, the management of the BAL, Brandbank and various BUs Ad Hoc requests:


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the relationship / budget with the digital asset management system provider and with Brandbank (Nielsen) working on annual plans for each system and ensuring we have the appropriate licences within budget
  2. Maintain regular meetings with our key marketing agencies and marketing teams to ensure all assets within the tool / retailer websites are current and to understand future activity to ensure resources are allocated to these periods
  3. To actively recommend the necessary “asset suite” required for new campaigns or pack artworks, including lookbook contents, photography, optimised imagery and recommend a process including approved suppliers and cost guidelines on how to produce 
  4. Manage and monitor user navigation and meta data, working with the digital asset management system provider to decide on new system features as they become available
  5. Maintain the GDPR register for activation reminding users that they need to contact their agencies to gain confirmation of data purges

 

BAL

  1. Management of the Britvic Asset Library, and its day-to-day operations.
  2. Develop processes for archiving relevant assets and ensuring end users are aware of any changes to the tools. 
  3. Develop processes and framework for onboarding new users and ensuring adoption of tool with existing partners. 
  4. Ensure user base is purged for inactive users, and creation of new users as required. 
  5. Provide training and induction to all new starters, agencies and provide refresher training for existing users of the system to ensure 100% adoption
  6. To ensure that the asset library supports the ultimate aim to reduce the number of new creative assets developed and enable re-use of existing assets.
  7. To manage, approve, maintain and review assets across the Britvic portfolio, ensuring they are fit for purpose
  8. Seeking efficiencies of content creation to optimizing assets and repurpose across channels were necessary.
  9. To monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as user log in (individual, BU and agency) asset re-use, to highlight potential areas where the sytem could be further utilised 
  10. To have knowledge of the assets held on the Heritage Library and be able to advise users what historical assets might be available and how to access
  11. Maintain good internal relationships with brand teams to ensure pipelining for future brand activity.

 

BRANDBANK 

  1. Facilitate weekly upload of assets – checking that data and images are correct
  2. Approval of assets before they go live with a final check of data & images
  3. Brandbank / BAL integration – weekly meeting and testing
  4. Delisting any products that are no longer in production
  5. Quarterly review with each brand manager to ensure listings are up to date

 

BYNDER

  1. Own the day-to-day relationship with Bynder and the business adoption.
  2. Ensure maintenance of the tool and first line support for any tool issues.

 

CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

  1. Management and maintenance of the image library Shutterstock and ensure it if fit for purpose.
  2. Working with the Infused Studio, upload relevant content and copy to website CMS across our brand portfolio. 

 

Ahhoc tasks:

  1. Ensuring that images are optimized and working correctly on retailer websites.  Maintenance and solutions as and when required. 
  2. Adhoc requests from the sales team for barcodes and label artwork files that need to be sourced from agency
  3. Sourcing of assets for external agencies, i.e., Delta
  4. Reporting on the usage of content across channels.
  5. Reporting on the userbase across tools, including Shutterstock image library.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  1. Proven successful experience managing a web tool or service within marketing. 
  2. Background in marketing desirable 
  3. Application of taxonomy and metadata basics
  4. Appreciation of digital rights management and the application of rights security
  5. Evidence of responsibility for the SRM (strategic relationship management) of partner agencies.
  6. Strong influencing, decision making and persuasion skills
  7. Strong ability to solve complex problems, providing solutions with clarity
  8. Able to build relationships with external stakeholders.
  9. Able to work closely with brand teams to archive assets
  10. Previous experience in managing a DAM system - Desirable
  11. Appreciation of Taxonomy - Desirable

 

Qualifications:

  1. Degree qualified or equivalent experience
