Solution Architect - Supply Chain

Hemel Hempstead

The purpose of the Solution Architect is to proactively lead the architecture of IT solutions for Supply Chain supporting the business and functional strategies, using cost effective technology and resource models.

We’d like someone who is able to engage with the business and turn strategy into plans by designing the solution to deliver.  You’d need to understand stakeholder requirements, challenge and contribute to a business case. You’ll also be comfortable to interrogate the existing, see what needs to be achieved and be able to integrate new technology for the solution.  The relationship with Procurement is important as you’ll be a major player in the end to end selection process with new providers.

Working closely with the Enterprise Architects, peers in other functions and the business, you’ll contribute to the long-term strategy and will own the 2/3 years roadmap for Supply Chain IT.

The role will support a team of functional consultants lead by a Business Solution Manager to ensure adherence on your design and bring your expertise to finalise solution when needed. You’ll be leading the evolution of the Supply Chain applications landscape including SAP modules such as APO, PP, MM, LE, WM, MII, PM & QM.

Due to the nature of the role you will need knowledge of a manufacturing based Supply Chain and good knowledge of SAP and its Supply Chain modules.

We’re open to candidates coming from industries such as FMCG, Pharma and Manufacturing.

If this sounds like you, then this new and exciting role will give you the opportunity to make your mark at Britvic. In return, we can offer you a growing and challenging role with a strong package and excellent benefits, working with talented individuals in a vibrant workplace.
