Job Overview
Aqua Libra Co, part of the Britvic PLC group, is seeking a passionate individual to join our expanding finance team as a BTB Finance Assistant. This role is fundamental in supporting the excellent growth Aqua Libra Company has experienced. We are looking for a self-starter with a challenger mindset and a real desire to work in an SME environment.

Reponsibilitiess
- Manage all aspects of accounts receivable, including credit control, customer relationships, queries, debtor reporting, and cash collection
- Input data into Tradex/Coupa (cloud-based e-commerce spend management tool)
- Process purchase invoices, manage Purchase Orders, and liaise with suppliers
- Upload daily sales into Xero and support month-end balance sheet reconciliations
- Provide cover within the team during leave and support project work as necessary
About You
- AAT qualified or BSc (Hons) Finance and Accounting degree.
- Experience in a similar role (3-5 yrs) with proven experience in transactional activity
- Ideal candidate would have an experience within the FMCG or similar manufacturing environment.
- Desire and mindset to work in a small, start-up environment which will involve a significant amount of hands on work
- A proactive individual who will take initiative and raise questions when faced with uncertainty
- Competence with Microsoft Excel (V-lookups, SUMIFs and Pivot Tables)
- Experience in Xero (preferred)
