Junior National Account Manager - Contract Caterers

We are currently recruiting for a Junior National Account Manager to join our ‘Out of Home’ part of the business in particular working on our largest catering accounts. Within this role you will be transforming distribution, volume and share footprint in all customers through execution of contractual terms and challenger mindset approach in driving compliance


Key Responsbilities: 


In this exciting and fast paced role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of foodservice clients across a number of our leading largest Contract Catering customers. Your drive and energy will help develop and grow our share within these key clients. There is an ambitious target of new distribution to be won, as well as working with national account teams to create exciting and impactful executions, all of which will facilitate the achievement of the overall budget. You will bring your experience, drive and enthusiasm to build great relationships at client group level as well as site level, exploring more than just the traditional mechanics that ensure contract compliance and year on year growth.
On a day to day basis you will be managing the P&L of customers and portfolio to accurately report on performance, forecast, ROI of promotional activities and investment accruals. You will also build wider relationships at Head office level to create new opportunities to influence and grow as well as develop a network of contacts amongst key clients to help drive additional distribution and volume opportunities 
This is an exciting time within the Foodservice & Catering team with real momentum in the channel and across the team, supported by the strategic ambition to grow share within this channel. As a result there is a tangible opportunity to leave a real legacy within this role as it will be instrumental in unlocking growth within the channel. 
Britvic has enjoyed some significant growth over recent years and we are outperforming the market in many of the on trade sectors. We are now aligning our commercial team to unlock further growth potential within the market through a significant pipeline of new brand innovation, equipment solutions and investment in our people. 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required: 


1. Commercial and Account Management experience within FMCG and within the Food & Beverage industry 

2. P&L experience 

3. Must have network and knowledge base of foodservice industry, ideally with operator and route to market contacts.
