Job Overview:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join our Foodservice team at Britvic Ireland. This hybrid role will focus on the Wider Munster Region including Cork, Kerry, Limerick, and Waterford and will be responsible for managing key Foodservice customers and delivering strong commercial results across our full beverage portfolio, including Pepsi, 7UP, Club, Ballygowan, MiWadi, and Aqua Libra Taps. The successful candidate will lead customer engagement, deliver growth through existing and new business, and bring our brands to life brilliantly across Foodservice channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Grow distribution, revenue, volume, trading contribution, and market share across brand, channel, and pack in line with or above target within your designated customer base.

Deliver accurate forecasting, pricing, and promotional planning for key and influential Foodservice customers.

Drive growth of Aqua Libra Co Taps, Soft Drinks Dispense units, and Ballygowan Water Coolers to achieve quarterly sales targets.

Improve product availability across the full Britvic beverage range, ensuring strong visibility and execution in all outlets.

Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, optimizing distribution and commercial processes to enhance performance.

Manage channel relationships to align with Britvic Ireland’s strategic and commercial objectives.

Conduct market analysis to track trends, understand customer needs, and monitor the competitive landscape.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Sales, National Accounts, Marketing, and Logistics to execute tailored route-to-market strategies.

Prepare and maintain accurate reports on sales performance, opportunities, and market insights.

Represent Foodservice excellence by showcasing best-in-class outlets and driving our Picture Of Success (PICOS) standards.

Attend monthly Foodservice team meetings, delivering updates on performance, priorities, and growth initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).

Strong sales, negotiation, and commercial acumen.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven analytical ability to interpret market data and apply insights to decision-making.

Strong customer service orientation with outstanding relationship management skills.

High proficiency in financial management, forecasting, and reporting.

Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.

Proven record of driving performance through effective people development, coaching, and mentoring.
Desirable Experience:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in route-to-market or channel management within the beverage or FMCG industry.

Demonstrated success in leading teams and delivering growth within Foodservice or similar channels.

Track record of achieving sales targets through strategic account management and operational excellence.

Experience building new business while driving distribution and visibility across multiple customer types.
