About the Role:

 

The Business Support Co Ordinator is responsible for the integrity of the SAP data for the site on an ongoing basis. You will act as the SAP coach and trainer for the Site Operations Team. You will facilitate optimum use of resources enabling the site to deliver safety, productivity, cost, quality and objectives in an environment of high morale and engagement. As well as general admin duties and managing factory facilities which help the site to remain focussed on manufacturing.

 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

 

FMCG or experience in a similar role within manufacturing

Strong working knowledge of SAP is essential

Excellent communication, team support, coaching and facilitation skills are essential

Good knowledge of process management in a manufacturing environment is essential

Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel is essential

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Oversee correct usage of SAP KCC’s and SOPs ensuring they are appropriate for delivering SAP integrity

Support Site Operations Team with collation and presentation of performance data

Carry out various stock transactions in a timely fashion maintaining accuracy of SAP inventory system. Examples includes Sugar Returns, Write Offs, Returns to Vendor

Process periodic site overtime to a strict deadline, dealing with all associated queries

Managing the site’s general admin, including ordering of consumables, site licenses, site recognition schemes, site point of contact for HR/IT communications etc

Raising various site purchase orders, supporting VIM based invoice queries and driving the relationship with accounts payable

Staff shop/Petty cash management including periodic reconciliation

Own the agency payment process, working with all relevant stake holders to ensure prompt, accurate payments with minimal issues

Own both the relationship and budget for the 3rd party facilities companies who look after factory soft services and catering
