About the role

As a Collaboration Executive, you will play a key part in maintaining strong retailer relationships and supporting high service levels whilst working within a high performing team to deliver results. You will provide exceptional customer service and operational support within a fast paced FMCG environment. This role ensures accurate order capture, proactive communication with customers and internal teams, and the efficient flow of stock, service and delivery information to maximise on-shelf availability and optimise cost to deliver.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end process of Order Capture through customer and internal systems.

  • Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner to allow network planning to review.

  • Manage customer queries relating to shortages, delays and product information.

  • Manage NPD activation and order groups within customer system and delist processes.

  • Lead weekly Customer Supply Chain Collaboration meetings.

  • Manage key Supply Chain KPIs including SOH, Service and Cost to Deliver.

  • Manage daily reporting and communications externally and internally.

  • Build strong working relationships with customer and commercial contacts.

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer supply networks and systems.

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure supply is aligned to customer demand.

  • Identify root causes of service issues and put effective solutions in place.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and customer satisfaction.

 

Experience and Key Attributes

  • FMCG supply chain or commercial experience.

  • Strong understanding of SAP & APO systems.

  • Experience influencing key stakeholders and managing cross-functional relationships.

  • Understanding of the S&OP process and its alignment with commercial planning.

  • Proactive communicator with strong organisational and analytical skills.

  • Customer-facing experience with strong relationship management ability.

  • Strong numerical capability and intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, dashboards).

  • Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset.

  • Resilient, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Education/Qualifications

  • Relevant qualification in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field (preferred).

  • Demonstrated experience in FMCG supply chain operations.

  • Confident using Excel for reports, trackers, pivot tables and dashboards.
