About the Role

 

The Supply Chain Collaboration Manager is responsible for developing and managing external customer supply relationships to achieve service delivery targets and optimize cost management. This role requires a collaborative mindset to work effectively with internal stakeholders across Commercial, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Service, and Deployment teams. The position focuses on driving continuous improvement and delivering on key business objectives for our Breakthrough Brands.

 

Role Responsibilities

 

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain management for Breakthrough Brands, focusing on improved customer service, product availability, and forecast accuracy
  • Develop and implement forecast, customer relationship, and cost-to-serve strategies across designated accounts and channels
  • Manage the short-term operational forecast window while influencing long-term planning to ensure smooth transitions between timeframes
  • Drive collaborative forecasting processes between the company and customers, aligning both base and promotional forecasts
  • Lead S&OP governance on all forecast-related matters and deliver on new product development schedules
  • Enhance product availability through integration with customer systems and daily monitoring of depot-to-store performance
  • Provide accurate and timely data insights to support key decision-making processes
  • Regularly evaluate customer "Cost to Serve Profile" data to optimize supply chain costs and set annual account targets

 

Experience and Key Attributes

 

  • Proven experience in FMCG supply chain or commercial operations with strong customer-facing capabilities
  • Comprehensive understanding of SAP & APO systems with intermediate technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders and build collaborative relationships across organizational boundaries
  • Full understanding of S&OP processes and their connection to commercial sell-in strategies
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to communication and continuous improvement
  • Commercial awareness including knowledge of promotional funding, pricing strategies, and competitive landscapes
  • Degree level qualification or equivalent with the ability to be fully mobile (valid driving license required)
