About the Role:


To manage and develop one of our key customers or strategic partners, taking complete responsibility for the short-term forecast and customer Supply Chain related activities / initiatives. Responsible for setting and delivering our strategic agenda with our key customers and for the relationship with senior customer contacts up to Senior Manager level..


Key Responsibilities:

To manage all supply chain end to end responsibilities, driving improved customer service, availability and forecast objectives. Responsible for the forecast, customer relationship and cost to serve strategies with the customers and channels. Aligned to the internal customer management leadership team for the account/channel (BDM and AD), and responsible for directing the supply chain relationship within ‘One Britvic’. Lead the delivery of NPD in the customer/channel


Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

FMCG supply chain or commercial experience

Ability to influence key stakeholders

Full understanding of S&OP process

Good customer facing experience

SAP APO intermediate level

High level numerical & analytical skills

Customer systems advanced level
