About the Role:

To manage multiple customer groups taking responsibility for the short & Long term forecast and customer Supply Chain related activities / initiatives. Responsible for delivering our strategic agenda with our key customers and for the relationship with customer forecasting contacts

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

FMCG supply chain or commercial experience

Ability to influence key stakeholders

Full understanding of  the S&OP process

Customer experience

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all supply chain end to end responsibilities, driving improved customer service, availability and forecast objectives. Responsible for the forecast, customer relationship and cost to serve objectives with the customer. Aligned to the internal customer management team for the account (CDM / BDM), and responsible for managing the supply chain relationship within ‘One Britvic’. Delivery of NPD and channel number.

Manage the short term operational forecast window

Manage Britvic’s forecast process with Customer Management and our Customers

Influence beyond the forecast window, ensuring Transitional period and period fix forecast is robust and within timelines

Manages forecast within agreed S&OP governance process

Support improved availability via customer reporting tools

Manage daily reporting and monitoring of stocks

Develop good relationships with forecast contacts in customer

Collaborate with the Coordinator team to improve processes and align on service

Provide accurate and timely forecasting data to support key decision making processes

Work with Logistics CDM to regularly evaluate customer “CTS Profile” data to optimise supply chain
