HR Business Partner - Supply Chain

A great opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner to work alongside our Supply Chain business. You will partner with the HR Director to play a vital role in delivering the key elements of the HR AOP to enable the success of the organisation.

You will be involved in leading the execution of the core cyclical processes such as calibration, Performance & Development, Talent, Annual Salary Reviews and “Great Place To Work” as well as act as a catalyst & guide for any required change management strategies.

What we’re looking for in a HR Business Partner:

  • Experience and understanding of HR planning, talent management (including succession planning and resource strategies) and performance management
  • Ideally have experience and an understanding of manufacturing, specifically Supply Chain 
  • Organisational Development and Change Management – experience of managing and delivering organisation change including organisational design, process re-engineering, behavioural and cultural Change programmes
  • Experience in partnering with the business to manage projects
  • Strong level of experience managing senior stakeholders and managing challenging conversations
  • Experienced in building credible relationships across organisations
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience within a fast paced organisation
  • Policy understanding: Awareness of critical current and emerging employment legislation requirements
