About the Role:

 

This is an ideal position for a recent graduate looking to enter the field of supply chain analytics. This is an operational role with a huge scope to learn and then support different areas of the Britvic Supply chain.

 

This role is hybrid with most of the work week spent working from home with some time spent on site in NDC (lutterworth) or Breakspear Park (Hemel Hempstead) as required.

 

The Supply Chain Centre of Excellence analyst (Graduate) role is part of the Reporting and Insight Centre of Excellence (COE) team, with a primary focus the management of the daily, weekly and monthly operational reporting.

 

There will be a need to work with the wider COE team supporting with insight to help improve other areas of the supply chain along with other business teams ensuring they are provided with the KPI’s, Dashboards and reports required in order to support business decisions

 

Additional responsibilities include supporting the Demand planning teams with reporting and insight linked to improving forecast accuracy and forecast BIAS.

 

The role will work closely with the GB forecasting teams (CM/FM, COMs & CLMs) in order to facilitate the delivery of the short-term forecast process

 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

•    Highly motivated and ready to take advantage of the opportunity to learn that this role offers
•    Highly analytical with examples of working with large datasets and providing key insights 
•    Recent graduate 
•    Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
•    Experience of communicating with key stakeholders and line management

•    SAP / APO – knowledge desirable   
•    Excel – Advanced
•    Power Point – Intermediate
•    Power BI – desirable
•    FMCG industry experience is desirable
