In the UK we employ over 1,800 people and have 3 factories, 3 office locations and a national distribution centre. Over the last few years, we have installed 10 new production lines, 3 new warehouses, a combined heat and power plant (CHP), as well as providing infrastructure for further expansion.


The role: 
•    Actively involved in continuous improvement activities e.g., Zero Loss, TATOS improvements
•    Effective daily use of Drive Site systems including SAP, B1, and others as required
•    Accountable for basic error resolution for scanning and SAP  
•    Actively engaged in delivering specific Drive Site activities e.g., H&S Representative, Racking Inspector, FLT Trainer 
•    Ensure that Vehicle Turn Around Time on Site (TATOS) targets are met and exceeded 
•    To ensure adherence to Health & Safety, Quality, Environment Statutory standards and Site policies 
•    Ensure that internal and external Customer Service targets are met in line with scorecard expectations 
•    Undertake the required workplace transport pre-shift and/or safety inspections
•    Completion of inventory movements including put-away and pick
•    Vehicle loading and unloading
•    Work within, adhere to and drive 5S Principles
•    Operate the shunt
•    Development of self and others in accordance with Functional Skills Framework 
•    Ensure that the Drive Site operation works in conjunction with Production to deliver against the plan


Experience & Skills Required:
    Significant SAP operational experience
    Previous experience in warehousing operations
    Experience using various MHE’s (material handling equipment)
    Ability to communicate within a structured team
    Experience of working autonomously 
    Shunt operation capability  

Qualifications Required:

    Recognised (RTITB) FLT or equivalent qualification  
    5 GCSEs to include Maths and English or equivalent (any grade)
    LGV 2 License (where required) 
    Appropriate qualifications in warehousing e.g., NVQ’s desirable
