Over the last few years, we have installed 10 new production lines, 3 new warehouses, a combined heat and power plant (CHP), as well as providing infrastructure for further expansion.

 

As a Warehouse Operator you will be required to deliver an effective Drive Site operation, meeting or exceeding scorecard performance through working in a highly flexible and multi-skilled team undertaking a wide range of tasks. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Actively involved in continuous improvement activities e.g. Zero Loss, problem solving. 
  • Effective daily use of Drive Site systems including SAP, integrity, and others as required
  • Accountable for basic error resolution for scanning and SAP  
  • Actively engaged in delivering specific Drive Site activities e.g. H&S Representative, Racking Inspector, FLT Trainer 
  • Ensure that Vehicle Turn Around Time On Site (TATOS) targets are met and exceeded 
  • To ensure adherence to Health & Safety, Quality, Environment Statutory standards and Site policies 
  • Ensure that internal and external Customer Service targets are met in line with scorecard expectations 
  • Undertake the required workplace transport pre-shift and/or safety inspections
  • Completion of inventory movements including put-away and pick


Skills and Experience

  • Significant SAP operational experience
  • Previous experience in warehousing operations
  • Experience using various MHE’s (material handling equipment)
  • Recognised (RTITB) FLT or equivalent qualification  
  • 5 GCSE’s to include Maths and English or equivalent (any grade)
  • LGV 2 License (where required)
