In this role, you will own the plant-based milks portfolio and support the wider functional shots business, driving innovation, brand building, and category expansion.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the growth and innovation strategy for plant-based milks — from insight to idea to execution.
- Monitor category trends, consumer behaviour and competitive performance to unlock opportunities for penetration and frequency growth.
- Champion consumer-first thinking across the business, bringing insight-driven storytelling into every decision.
- Translate the annual operating plan into a best-in-class marketing calendar across plant-based milks and juice shots.
- Develop integrated communications plans that build brand equity and drive relevance across channels.
- Own the creative process end-to-end, combining strategic rigour and creative flair.
- Analyse marketing activity, measure success and turn learnings into future action.
- Partner closely with Commercial teams to align brand, category and commercial strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams with clarity, purpose and pace — keeping projects moving and people inspired.

- Influence internal and external partners to deliver work that is brave, effective and beautifully executed.
Experience and Key Attributes:
- A genuine passion for food, health, wellness and natural products.
- Proven experience in FMCG brand management, ideally with exposure to high growth categories.
- Strong innovation experience — from insight gathering to concept creation to launch.
- A natural balance of analytical thinking and creative instinct.
- Curious, proactive, entrepreneurial — someone who spots opportunities and moves fast.
- Deeply consumer-centric, able to advocate for the consumer in every discussion.
- Comfortable working across strategy and execution in a fast-paced, scaling environment
