Job Overview

 

We are seeking a dynamic and compelling Collaboration Manager in Retail to manage and develop key customer partnerships in our Consumer Brands industry. In this role, you will take complete responsibility for the short-term forecast and customer Supply Chain related activities/initiatives. You will be responsible for setting and delivering our strategic agenda with these customers and for the relationship with senior customer contacts up to the Senior Manager level.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Forecasting:

  • Oversee short-term forecasts and facilitate collaboration with Customer Management and Customers.
  • Ensure a smooth transition between long-term and short-term forecasts beyond the 20-week window.
  • Align base and promotional forecasts with customers and lead S&OP governance.

 

Availability and Service:

  • Build strong relationships with customer supply chain teams to ensure high service levels and product availability.

 

Cost to Serve (CTS):

  • Regularly assess customer CTS profiles to optimize costs.
  • Set and review annual CTS targets to ensure cost efficiency.

 

Requirements

 

  • FMCG supply chain or commercial experience.
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Full understanding of S&OP process.
  • Good customer-facing experience.
  • Persuasion and influencing skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Personal effectiveness.
  • Good commercial awareness.
  • Facilitation skills.
  • Cost-to-serve – Supply Chain efficiencies.

 

Technical Skills: 

 

  • Microsoft Office intermediate level.
  • SAP APO intermediate level.
  • High-level numerical & analytical skills.
  • Customer systems advanced level (bespoke customer systems).
  • BBW basic level.

Qualifications:

 

  • Full Driving License preferred
  • A Level or Relevant Business Experience
