Job Overview:

 

As Senior Brand Manager, Activation at Carlsberg Britvic, you will lead the development and execution of our annual operating plan, manage the communications calendar, and oversee through-the-line activation for our plant-based milks and juice shots portfolios. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for health and wellness, capable of driving brand growth and ensuring cohesive brand messaging across all channels.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Strategic Planning: Work with the Senior Brand Manager, Strategy & Innovation to develop our annual operating plan, implementing growth strategies for the plant-based milks and juice shots categories.
  • Communications Management: Translate the annual operating plan into a comprehensive marketing activity calendar, overseeing its execution across all product categories.
  • Activation Leadership: Collaborate with sales and shopper teams to create and implement activation plans for retail, hospitality, and e-commerce channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure clarity and delivery of priorities and projects, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Inspire and engage internal and external stakeholders by championing Plenish's vision and successes, building excitement and commitment to brand plans.

 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

 

  • FMCG brand management experience, ideally in health and wellness.
  • Expertise in developing through-the-line marketing campaigns.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, balancing creativity with data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong presentation skills, delivering clear and compelling narratives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with agility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for health and wellness, aligning with Plenish's mission.
