  10. Manage, coach & develop direct reports to implement the brand strategy to high execution levels

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  1. Demonstrable track record of success within commercial, matrix organisation environments
  2. Extensive experience gained within a branded environment, preferably FMCG, working on a significant brand/market leader
  3. Proven experience in leading strategic brand and business planning with sound evidence of consumer & shopper insight-led strategy implementation & digital marketing expertise
  4. Consistent track record of creating great ideas that have driven real value in the market
  5. Advanced senior stakeholder management capability, both internally and with third-party strategic partners
  6. High level of Brand P&L value management experience
  7. Strong project management, planning and delivery skills
