Job Overview

 

At Britvic, we're seeking a dynamic and collaborative Collaboration Executive to join our Consumer Brands team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in managing and developing our Breakthrough brands' production and delivery. You'll work closely with multiple co-packers, Brand Owners, and key stakeholders, providing support to Collaboration Managers and the COM team.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Plan and execute necessary third-party manufacturing to maintain product availability
  • Support the development and delivery of inventory reduction strategies, customer service initiatives, and stock booking processes
  • Raise SAs for Breakthrough Brands and coordinate with deployment and transport planning
  • Take ownership of booking stock from Breakthrough Brands co-packers onto SAP, ensuring system alignment
  • Support with PGI and invoice processing
  • Provide accurate and timely data to support key decision-making processes
  • Evaluate waste tracking and alert Breakthrough CMs of shelf-life challenges
  • Monitor production cycles and collaborate with the Residual Manager on shelf-life management
  • Contribute to waste budget management

 

Requirements

 

  • FMCG supply chain or planning experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of SAP and APO systems
  • Experience in influencing key stakeholders and line management
  • Understanding of the S&OP process and supplier stakeholder management
  • Excellent persuasion, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong personal effectiveness, commercial awareness, and facilitation skills
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, APO, PowerPoint, and Word
  • High-level numerical and analytical skills
  • Valid driver's license

 

Education

 

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

 

Certifications

 

  • Relevant certifications in supply chain management or related fields are a plus
