Job Overview
At Britvic, we are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Collaboration Manager to join our Food & Beverages team to manage a top retailer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key customer partnerships, taking complete ownership of the short-term forecast and customer Supply Chain related activities/initiatives. You will set and deliver our strategic agenda with these customers and maintain relationships with senior customer contacts up to Senior Manager level.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all supply chain end-to-end responsibilities, driving improved customer service, availability, and forecast objectives.
- Oversee the short-term operational forecast window and facilitate Britvic's forecast process with Customer Management and our Customers.
- Influence beyond the 20-week forecast window, ensuring a smooth transition between Long Term & Short Term timelines.
- Lead the delivery of NPD in the customer/channel.
- Develop broad and deep relationships with all Customer supply chain contacts.
- Conduct regular evaluations of customer \"CTS Profile\" data to optimize supply chain costs and build annual CTS Targets.

Education/Qualification
A Level or Relevant Business Experience is required. A full driving license is preferred.
