Proactively order /manage materials to drive availability of the Britvic product portfolio and efficient levels of inventory.

Where appropriate take on key user responsibilities to drive best practice and process adherence within the planning group

Manage our Cold storage site – the management of goods in and goods out – ensuring stock control is adhered to.

Request and manage shelf life extensions to materials.
-
Work with Forecasting Planners to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS)
-
Manage the IKYSTK cost centre set budget – this includes warehousing costs, transport charges and raw material/finished goods write off.

Ensure all key suppliers receive weekly/monthly MRP reports to ensure supply.

Expedite raw materials to ensure the production plan can be met.

Query daily all past due raw materials which have not arrived to site.

Manage the movement of juice and compounds sourced from Britvic GB sites.

Provide first class support for all end user requests i.e Swiftly responding to all end-user support queries and demonstrates confidence and effectiveness in troubleshooting, resolving issues .

Drive down costs and maintain inventory levels

Support and backfill other DSP Team when required

ERP and SAP R3 experience is preferred.

Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel is essential + data analytics is essential

Experience of technical supply planning skills of analytical data , Master data, reporting is preferred

Awareness of end-to-end supply chain planning and processes is preferred.

Proven record of working to deadlines and prioritisation of workload.

Able to work on a cross functional enviroment.
