Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and compelling National Account Manager to join our team at Britvic. This is a UK national field based role offering generous bonus and car allowance.

In this role, you will be responsible for sub-channel leadership, supporting the build of our account vision and strategy alongside the category and category strategy teams.

You will play a crucial role in account management (1 – 3 accounts), leading the account planning processes with buying managers across key accounts within the convenience channel. Your primary focus will be delivering the company's volume, profit, and share targets through strategic and tactical plans.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting, and rate management cycle (Anaplan, Oracle, SAP)
  • Creative thinking ability to challenge live plans and find ways to deliver additional benefits Experience in customer terms/contract renegotiation
  • Compelling communication skills and ability to build relationships Understanding and confidence with P&L management
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills
  • Experience in budgetary management – overheads & trade investment
  • Experience in customer performance review process and external scorecard management Line management experience (desirable)

 

 

About you:

  • Ideal experience would be in a similar role as a National Account Manager in FMCG industry, however we would consider other industries as well.
  • Preferred experience with Grocery and Convenience
  • No specific educational qualifications are required for this role.
