Aqua Libra Co offers a wide range of Boiling, Chilled & Sparkling Taps. We’re passionate about water, and we believe that hydration is a key factor in health, wellness, and productivity. Propel on your new career journey with Aqua Libra as we seek a dynamic, proactive and results-driven National Account Manager/Key Account Manager to revolutionise our commercial team and own our sales strategy within the design and build contractor market.


As our National Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and nurturing relationships, steering the growth of our accounts, and leading  the sales of our cutting-edge taps across the design and build contractor market.

 

This isn't your typical desk-bound role – we're in search of a driven sales and account management enthusiast. With nationwide coverage you will be visiting customers and you will be the owning the entire sales cycle – from prospecting and presenting to closing deals and seamless administration, followed by dedicated aftercare.


We offer autonomy and ownership to fuel your entrepreneurial spirit, with the opportunity to lead and own  overall success strategy for a specific set of customers, empowering you to elevate our commercial tap products within the construction market. While the role spans the nation, we encourage your presence at our Head Office in Bishops Stortford for one day each week.


In the ever-expanding water market, construction and design and build companies stand at the forefront. We are looking for sales professional to hit the ground running, not only managing existing customers but also uncovering new opportunities, establishing a robust network across the industry, and contributing to Aqua Libra's success story. 

 

This role is perfect if you're ready to bring your entrepreneurial spirit to a team with a startup approach, coupled with the perks, support, and infrastructure you would expect from of a larger FTSE 250 FMCG business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Creating and executing a clear and appropriate strategy for fast and profitable scaling of the Commercial Tap product, focused primarily on new business in the Construction market.
  2. Networking and influencing clients in complex stakeholder matrixes. 
  3. Working closely with the Aqua Libra Operations/Technical Team and Finance Teams to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service.
  4. Working collaboratively with Aqua Libra Marketing Team to support sell-ins, execution and customer delight and retention.   
  5. Supporting wider Aqua Libra management team to figure out the ‘what’s next’ – strategies and business models for other channels and other countries, beyond the initial GB workplace focus. 

 


Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

  1. Strong track record of customer engagement and scaling new things in high quality sales organisation
  2. Experience of equipment / proposition selling.
  3. Communication, Presentation, Influencing skills.
  4. Negotiation skills, proven with large and complex and specialist customers, typically in a ‘corporate’ setting.
  5. Proven ability to lead and shape and develop diverse and matrix teams delivering goals to time, cost, and quality standards.
  6. Willingness to travel and visit customers

 

You may working or have experience across both FMCG and Non FMCG Backgrounds selling ecquipment with a service in a Key Account, National Account, Sales Management, Business Development capacity
