National Account Manager – Plenish – On Trade


In May 2021 Britvic acquired Plenish, the award winning company making organic plant-based milks, cold pressed juices and shots and one of the most exciting brands in its category in the UK. Plenish is perfectly aligned with Britvic’s long-term sustainability strategy Healthier People, Healthier Planet as a certified B-corp & carbon neutral brand that’s on a mission to fuel a healthier world! This is a unique opportunity to have the infrastructure and expertise of Britvic, while experiencing working in a smaller, fast growing start up business.

Created by New Yorker Kara Rosen after she discovered a lack of cold-pressed juices in the UK – what began in her kitchen has since grown to become one of the fast-growing plant based brands in the UK.

Plenish are experiencing fierce and exciting growth in the On Trade channel thanks to having created the best dairy alternative milks and immunity shots on the market and are now looking for a National Account Manager to be courageous and lead the negotiations and the development of the On Trade channel by creating specific strategic and tactical plans to deliver company volume, profit market share targets. You will be expected to take ownership for the channel and manage both existing and new accounts.


Key Responsibilities:

Identify a course of action and put a plan in place to generate distribution opportunities in foodservice, travel and distributor channels.
Work closely with the COO to design and implement an Out of Home strategy consistent with the wider business 3-5 year plans.
Strong commercial acumen – familiar with negotiating P&Ls and support plans with customers.
Driving brand awareness and education of Plenish, within the plant based milks category and the functional juice shots category.
Strengthening existing relationships in this sector, approaching everything with an entrepreneurial mindset, looking for ways Plenish can collaborate and grow.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

Previous commercial FMCG experience within Foodservice, Wholesale or Convenience channels 
Compelling communicator with strong commercial acumen to enable development of strong commercial propositions which can be developed into implementable strategies and plans.
Structured selling and negotiation skills with the ability to your own knowledge to the wider team.
