About the Role:

At Britvic we are proud to make, market, and sell soft drinks that help millions of people around the world to enjoy life’s everyday moments. Britvic is a UK based soft drinks company with global presence. Britvic Teisseire International, where this role resides, is responsible for the BeNeFraLux home market and the global expansion of Britvic owned brands including Teisseire, Mathieu Teisseire, London Essence, and Britvic Mixers.

The Trade Marketing Manager supports marketing activities in Asia. The role is a key partner to our Distributors across Asia alongside our internal Sales/ Brand Ambassador teams based in Singapore, China, Australia, Hong Kong and the UK.


Key Responsibilities:

Act as a brand owner for all territories within Asia Pacific from China, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia and 9 other markets

Leads all marketing activation & marketing plans with our distributors, understands the status of the brand and takes action

Agree Marketing activation with our 4 London Essence Brand Ambassadors in Hong Kong, China, Australia and Singapore

Creates business plan for new products in new markets & presents at our innovation forum

Provides Input to the Britvic Global Premium Adult Strategic marketing and innovation team

Creates Selling Decks; these can be new, or an adaptation of existing materials.

Analysis of brand performance


Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

Experience in one of the following areas: category management, marketing activation, trade- and shopper marketing, customer management, including the creation of selling materials. A mix of experience is desirable

Experience in FMCG

Great communication skills (English; written and verbal) both internally and across the world.

Proven track record to drive implementation with focus on execution



Experience of working with International markets a strong advantage

Eye for detail, especially when it comes to delivering quality on content and look and feel.

Be willing to challenge the norms both internally and externally to drive performance

1-4 years’ experience in relevant roles (category, trade and shopper marketing, sales).

Professional marketing qualification (preferred, but not essential)
