Job Overview

 

We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic On Trade Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Dublin. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with key customers in the on-trade sector. You will work closely with our sales team to drive sales and ensure our products are well-represented in the market.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key on-trade customers, including pubs, bars, and restaurants.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and develop strategic plans to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

 

Requirements

 

  • Proven experience in a similar key account management or sales role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Highly motivated and driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
