If the answer is yes then look no further! We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Account Manager to join our hospitality channel in Britvic across the North West of the UK (Manchester and Surrounding Areas) on full-time, permanent basis.


You will be true leader, owning the commercial growth of the defined territory where there is an ambitious target of new distribution to be won, as well as working with marketing and brands teams to create exciting and impactful executions, all of which will facilitate the achievement of the overall budget plan.


You will bring your experience, drive and enthusiasm to build great relationships across all stakeholder groups, exploring more than just the traditional mechanics to ensure year on year growth.You'll have the freedom to expand the territory in the manner you deem most effective, leveraging your skills, accomplishments and talents in sales, all while being supported by a management team that encourages your growth and development.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Transform distribution, volume and share footprint in all customers through execution of contractual terms and challenger mindset approach in driving compliance.
  2. Manage P&L of customers and portfolio to accurately report on performance, forecast, ROI of promotional activities and investment accruals
  3. Lead thinking in identifying, resourcing, winning and converting new business
  4. Develop RTM account management relationship to unlock further distribution with both existing customers and white space opportunity.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  1. Commercial experience within a beverage or food environment
  2. Practical experience of sales management & first-hand experience of managing customer relationships
  3. Strong commercial skills across a range of channels/companies
  4. Strong communicator (written & presented) with good story telling & facilitation skills
